Learning to Teach Social Studies Modules

In this section of my efolio, I will be talking about the readings from our textbook, "Teaching Social studies in the Elementary School: Communities, Connections, and Citizenship" by Lawrence Lyman, Scott Waters, Harvey C. Foyle, and Allyson L. Lyman. Not only did I learn why social studies education is important, but I learned about the best practices for teaching social studies. I'll include a blog post that I did reflecting on each chapter throughout this section!
