Lacking motivation is very common especially when you are a teenager and there are plenty of distractions around you such as social media, playing games, texting your friends or playing with your dog. These activities aren't all bad, but if they are stopping us from focusing and being the best version of ourselves then we need to do something about it... but don't worry there are plenty of great strategies you can try to help you stay motivated.
Alternatively, creating a motivating playlist, turning your phone on do-not-disturb and talking to our Wellbeing Team could help with the lack of motivation.
