Hi,

My name is Julie Brack and I am your John Wood School Nurse. This will be my 4^th year here at John Wood and before that I was the School Nurse at MIS for 10 years. Before working as a school nurse, I was a pediatric nurse at St. Mary’s Medical Center for 20 years. Ever since I was little, I always wanted to become a nurse to take care of people, especially children. I have been married for 30 years and have 3 wonderful children. Last year, I finally became a grandma to my cute and cuddly grandson. Hopefully, there will be more of them in the future. When I am home, I love spending time with my family, especially my grandson. I want to reassure you that when your children are at school, I will treat them as one of my own. My goal as a school nurse is to provide the best care and compassion to every student and family.
