IMMUNIZATIONS
The Indiana Immunization Coalition will hold a clinic to provide immunizations, a great opportunity for families to meet the Merrillville Community School Corporation's vaccination deadline of Sept. 19, 2022.
The immunization clinic will be held
Sept. 1, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
at Merrillville High School, 276 E. 68th Pl.;
Children do not have to be students at these schools to receive immunizations. Walk-ins are welcome, but online registration is preferred by Aug. 23, 2022; without a minimum number of online registrants, the clinic may be canceled.

In addition, download, print, and complete this screening questionnaire (English) (Spanish), and bring it to the clinic.
Vaccines that may be administered include DTaP/Tdap, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HiB, HPV, Influenza, MMR, Meningitis, Polio, Rotavirus, Varicella, Flu and Covid-19.
INDIANA REQUIRED AND RECOMMENDED VACCINES
The coalition accepts all forms of insurance, and there is no cost for those without insurance, with the exception of the Shingles vaccine.
The Indiana Immunization Coalition will vaccinate with all Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommended vaccines, unless they are contacted for specific vaccine refusal 48 hours prior to the clinic via email to clinic@vaccinateindiana.org or phone (317) 628-7116.
