Genesis Gradebook: Web Desk & Data Peeps
Need a way to customize a student list and view all students and their info at a glance? Would you like to access your schedule, favorite reports, and appointments with one click? Use Web Desk!
1. Create a student list by going to Student Data --> Student List--> Click the "Search" button to populate your TOTAL student list. Add students to a specific list by checking the students you want to include in the list and then click the bullet for "Add checked to a new list". Enter a name for the new list and click the "Ok" button.
2. View your Web Desk by going to Web Desk --> Home. To add Data Peeps (data windows) to your Web Desk, click on the Setup tab. Select all the Data Peeps you would like to be visible on your Web Desk. Click "Save Data Peeps" before returning to the Home tab.
3. Your selected Data Peeps should now be visible in your Web Desk Home page. Click and drag windows to arrange them as you'd like, and collapse the windows when they are not in use by clicking on the small box located in the upper right corner of each window.
