Located on the north end of the level one floor plan, the tearoom is an alternative to the traditional coffee shop. The space includes casual seating, a tea workshop, private tearooms, and a tea tasting + blending bar creating custom specialty blends that may utilize dried flowers from the floral + elixirs boutique.

Located on the south end of the level one floor plan, the floral + elixirs boutique combines retail with a floral workshop, floral arrangement area, and an elixir + retail counter with a curated menu highlighting locally-made floral and botanical syrups for regular enjoyment in food and elixirs or to aid in health.

A wellness centre combining the "validity" found in a medical clinic with the "hospitable experience" of personal care spaces that includes a learning kitchen, nutrition consultation spaces, a fragrance lounge, treatment and therapy rooms, physiotherapy, and a pharmacy.

A consultation and lounge space to create customized fragrances with the assistance of an expert, allowing individuals to select scent profiles, allergy and ingredient preferences, and packaging details.
