Emotional Trauma affects everyone, especially women and children who experienced or witnessed domestic violence. So, Renovatio Therapy Centre is a place of healing and recovering for traumatized women and children. The centre incorporates elements of design such as daylight and biophilia to give women and children hope and a sense of rejuvenation. Renovatio, provides activities that will heighten and revive women and children's identity. Their journey of healing will take place within Fixed Spaces: combined kitchen and dining room for mothers cooking and group discussions, Play therapy activities area for children's art, games, drawing, reading and play, and counselling and therapy room for one to one sessions and meditations; and Flexible Spaces: a multipurpose room for activities such as drum circle, dance and music therapy, and a share computer room. Renovatio Therapy Centre run through two levels. Level One is where most of the women activities will take place. The Children's main activities area, the Zen area and the therapy rooms and offices for employees (therapists and social workers) are located on the second level.
