It’s a busy time of year on campus, but the Workday Student project team continues to make steady progress building out the new system. Read below about the recent updates as we head into the final weeks of the Architect & Configure phase:

Workday Student Timeline

The project timeline has been updated to better reflect the team’s latest progress. Beginning in June, the team will begin End to End testing, ensuring all processes work as expected and workflow steps are accurate.

On April 3rd, the project team will present highlights of the final configuration, including changes and impacts to expect when we begin using the new system. If you are interested in attending this presentation, please contact the Change Management team to be added to the calendar invitation. (You can view previous team presentations on our site, and we will provide this recording available for viewing later in April.)

Change Network

The Change Network has met twice this semester and received project updates and brief system demonstrations of the new system. Change Network members shared questions and feedback they’re receiving from colleagues, which is invaluable to the Change Management team and helps inform us about the information we need to make available to prepare the community for the transition to Workday Student.
