What's the Change Network?

The Change Network is a group MHC staff members, called Change Ambassadors, representing different departments across the College. The group is responsible for communicating and advocating during the Workday implementation.

What does a Change Ambassador do? 

Change Ambassadors will play a critical role in helping prepare our community for Workday Student by:

• attending Change Network meetings to stay informed; 

• relaying project updates and key messages to their colleagues; 

• sharing feedback with the Change Management team; 

• aiding the Change Management team at critical moments, like User Readiness Review and Mock Semester;

• supporting in planning for the transition.
