Leverage integrated communication tools, robust dashboards and reporting to inform timely, targeted outreach and guide strategic planning across teams.

Community Engagement: Actively involving key community members to gain their support and address their concerns.
Communications Plan: Developing a clear and consistent communications plan to keep everyone informed about the changes and their benefits.
Training and Development: Providing training and resources to equip impacted staff, volunteers and alums with the skills and knowledge needed for the new processes and technology.
Monitoring and Feedback: Establishing mechanisms to monitor progress and gather feedback to allow for necessary adjustments to messaging for overall communications, trainings and both external and internal socialization.
