The experience of pitching and developing this project
Self-efficacy: Self-efficacy helps me be more motivated. It is very get stuck when working a project without any outline. At very beginning, I feel a little stressed because just imagining being a star is not easy. After all, every angle and length must be calculated accurately so that you can make a good star✨. I kept giving myself psychological hints to tell myself that I can definitely do it, and I have a lot of external support, and I have the ability to do a good job in my project.
Self-regulation: Self-regulation and time management are very important. Before making this project, I need to make a schedule about what I need to do every day and when to come to Fimbel Lab.
Belongingness: When I encountered difficulties, the faculty and staff at fimble lab were very enthusiastic to help me and made me feel a sense of belonging and security.
Transfer/connections to other contexts

Time management: The skills I utilized in scheduling my project work can be applied to managing your time in various activities, such as coursework, extracurriculars, and personal responsibilities.
Interacting with others: Building relationships and seeking support from peers, instructors, or colleagues can enhance my sense of belonging and help my overcome challenges in different settings.
Planning future endeavors: The mindset of self-efficacy and resilience, coupled with effective self-regulation and support networks, can guide my decision-making process when choosing academic or career paths, seeking opportunities, or planning long-term goals.
