Message from the Center Head

Welcome to the Regional Science Research Center (RSRC) of Mindanao State University–General Santos City!

The RSRC stands as a shared space for inquiry, discovery, and collaboration—where ideas are transformed into knowledge, and knowledge into impact. As the Center continues to grow, we remain guided by a clear purpose: to advance rigorous, relevant, and socially responsive research that serves the needs of our institution, our region, and the broader scientific community.

This period marks an important chapter for the RSRC. With strengthened facilities, committed personnel, and an expanding network of collaborators, we are building momentum toward becoming a truly regional hub for scientific research, technical services, and capacity building. Our laboratories support diverse fields of inquiry, our researchers pursue questions that matter, and our extension activities ensure that research outcomes reach communities, institutions, and stakeholders who can benefit from them.

At the heart of the RSRC is collaboration—among faculty, students, research associates, affiliates, and partners from local, national, and international institutions.
