COM Student Portal - Overview, Links, and Excused Absence Request Form
The COM student portal can be accessed at studentportal.com.msu.edu
After signing in, on the top left of the portal you will find your AOA, NBOME, and USMLE info. You will also find your primary site and enrollment status.
AOA and NBOME IDs should populate by Semester 3.
USMLE ID is contingent on whether you take Step 1.
The “Update Address” button in the COM Student Portal is no longer used – rather, this information is tracked through the MSU Student Information System (https://student.msu.edu)
Sign in to the MSU SIS and after logging in navigate to the “My Profile” tile to view and edit that information.
3. The Calculation Formulas button displays a summary of the formulas for calculation of values appearing in the student grade report. See the formulas table for additional information.
4. You can view your course-specific grades, your calculated cumulative grade, and your current quintile placement under the Grade Report button. You can also export this information to a PDF for reporting if needed.
