Projects vary, but are not limited to invasive species removal, native planting, garden bed and trail maintenance, and sugar bush restoration.
The site has interpretive signage to assist in educating the public on native plants, pollinators and invasive species. Volunteers would have the ability to lead nature walks and hikes to educate the public as well.
Regular volunteer hours every other Monday mornings, 8:30am-11am beginning March 25, 2024 through October. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, we'll cancel and inform our interested volunteers. Contact Ali Posner if interested in volunteering, alposner@bloomfield.org.
