Creating Can-Do Self-Assessments:
A Self-Guided Training for Language Teachers
This site is designed for language teachers and language program leaders. It is language agnostic, so it may be used as a resource regardless of the language you teach. Within it you will find resources, trainings and materials to help you write Can-Do Statements tied to your local curriculum and to use those statements to design self-assessments for your language classroom and program.
The best way to use this site is to start with the Can-Do Training and then proceed to the Self-Assessment Training. You can visit the Additional Resources and About This Site sections at any time if you need additional support while completing these trainings. Watch the short video at the bottom of this page for more information on navigating this site!
Start with these training materials and resources! They will help you write locally-relevant, measurable Can-Do Statements
