Self-Assessment Template
This template can be downloaded and edited to fit your instructional needs. The text in red needs to be changed and personalized for your context. Use the Step-By-Step Self-Assessment Guide to help you make decisions about what to include and how to design each section.
Self-Assessment Example
This is just an example. Remember that your self-assessment needs to be personalized so that it is appropriate for your teaching context and is valuable to your program and students. Note that the Can-Do Statements in this document are color-coded for training purposes to reflect the Can-Do formula as presented in the Can-Do tutorial. You do not need to color-code your own statements when sharing them with your students.
Congratulations! You've completed the Self-Assessment training! By now you should have a completed self-assessment which can be utilized in your language class. If you need further help or just want to learn more, explore the Additional Resources.
