Inspect at least three neighborhoods a week.
Use the database for tracking. If a citizen has three fails in a row, they must receive a lesson and/or housekeeping services.

Special Requirements
May have to stay in for recess from time to time to get things in order.
Present Academy credits to citizens weekly.
It is important to be to class on time and not miss school.
