Bee-Bee is the twin sister of the beloved Franny of Tollefson National Park. She was delivered to us as an Alliance gift in 2024 after our kickball game together. She is the great traveler!

Betsy loves to tell jokes and lives on the east side of the Highlands. Look for her creative sense of humor at least weekly! She’s also the creator of Rossiville Studios.

Bob used to reside on Rossiville Avenue, and now lives next door to the Fred Memorial Library. He used to feed on Box-Tops to survive, but he changed his diet to tardy passes in 2024 and now Gold Nuggets. He is a dear friend of Rossiville and shall be respected. Periodically, he will be emptied and temporarily incapacitated. Don’t worry, he’ll be ok once someone feeds him again. He was awarded the prestigious Lone Pine Box-Top Trophy for the first half of the 2016/2017 year.

Bob Loblaw is the creator of the Bob Loblaw's Law Blog and long-time lawer for Rossi Nation. He may be Il Presidente's IN-LAW, but he's best known as the citizens' number one OUTLAW. He also manages the Rossiville Condos where he famously banned animals.

CocoFace joined Rossiville in 2022. She is from Maui and came into Rossiville with Flubber Jr. It is rumored that she has a magic wand.

Escargot the Snail joined Rossiville after the Great Migration of 2025. He is a huge fan of snail track and field and organizes the annual Il Snailio race each year.

Fred loves to sail the open sea and the waters of Rossiville Lake, famously will capsize his boat each year to see if citizens have what it takes to save him. During the 2016/2017 year, citizen Jenna Hazelton tried to kill Fred all year as he fought for his survival and evaded her evil plans. He now freely roams the room and helps the class practice grammar in the AM. He can be followed on Twitter/Instagram at @Fredsour. He was born on March 23, 1982 (Earth Day) as Frederick XXVII.

Frowny Wave is the first cousin of Beatrice and Franny Wave. She was tracked down by citizen Sawyer Brown of 2024/2025 and brought into Rossiville in hopes to cheer Frowny up. To this day, no one has ever seen her smile, even during the best of puns delivered by Il Presidente. 

Grandma Esther joined Rossiville in late 2023 as a gift from our Sister City, Brasseur City. Grandma sure has a lot of things to say (very wise woman) and a strong New York accent!

Gray joined Rossiville in 2016 and was named by Jasper Gray of 2017/2018, a famous Media Tech. Gray protects our Chromebooks and gives power to them in times of need. During the 2016/2017 school year, it got to travel 2-3 times per week to Tegtman Town, since both Nations shared Gray. It used to showcase wonderful, large Rossiville buildings in its prime. Gray was brutally and hastily removed by MSD in 2020 for no apparent reason. After petitions, Rossiville was able to receive him back on 3/14/22.

Karl the Sloth was accepted into the Rossiville Zoo in 2017/2018. For years we plotted a rise to fame. Finally, Karl hired the right agent - Citizen Scarlet Beard. Karl went on to generate lots of hype, fought in the 2022 Bill Battle, and got a District named after him.

Kennedy was adopted from Kennedy Elementary School and stands up for Rossiville’s most important presentations and announcements. Her favorite song is Lean On Me. She usually has lived near the Fred Memorial Library, and currently lives next to the Array Office.

Larry is a venemous snake who likes to hang around the Fred Memorial Library, usually around Mr. Money Bags. He once had a life-threatening accident when citizen Dawson Roberson took his Oregon Trail character - Lance “Lasso” Dixon - a little too seriously. He recovered from his injuries at La Clinica Rossiville in 2017.

Monkey Without-A-Name gets thrown around during Town Hall time, which allows citizens to have their turn to speak. This poor monkey has lots of unpaid bills at La Clinica Rossiville and is being sued by Il Presidente's lawyer Bob Bloblaw constantly!

Mr. Money Bags collects American money for Lone Pine Fundraisers throughout the year. He is usually guarded by Larry.

Some say he's Il Presidente's number one fan, but Il Presidente claims that he's his ONLY fan. 

Pan-Pan, born Pan Pandora, is a lovable, giant panda who lives at the Fred Memorial Library. He is suspected to be a member of the Rossiville Secret Society (RSS) because they are the ones who are believed to leave traces of Panda Express fortunes around the room. Some say he has cameras in his eyes! (Thank you Kaden Foley, 2017/2018!)

Penny (2014-present) gives citizens important writing advice and lives on the west side of the Highlands. Rumor is that she has “a thing” for Fred Sour. As she always says during writing time... "You're NEVER done!"

Rob the Rubberband-Ball was slowly created by Mayor Destry Knox during Zoom classes in 2020-2021. His favorite thing to say is, "Let's bounce!" His sidekick is Pandemic Pete.

Shadow took over for Red in 2021. Shadow is more lightweight, comes with more space, and its handle can be clamped upright.

Shain Rossi, Il Presidente's first cousin, is the true source of all Il Presidente's puns! Blame him! "SHAIN ON HIM, and SHAIN ON ALL OF YOU!" as one may say?

Steve C. is Box-Top Bob's oldest son. When he's not working as a Door Dash driver, he enjoys spending time in Rossiville eating old rubber bands... mainly pieces of those from Rob the Rubber Band Ball.

Timmy's origins date back to sometime around 2018 when Mr. Rossi started seeing him in his imagination. Over the years, more and more citizens began to believe in Timmy. Finally enough did, and he appeared in 2021! Timmy is our future grandson... all of ours.
