Mr. Floress values spending time with his family (and English Labrador, “Riggs”) and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, boating, and fishing. Mr. Floress also enjoys weight lifting and has a strong passion for his favorite sports teams: The Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, and Chicago Blackhawks.

He loves spending time with his wife, Trisha, and their five children.
