This course is designed to help students understand multiple types of media persuasion and the different forms of media in the 21st century. This project-based class will equip students with the ability to read, comprehend, and evaluate information from media sources. Students will identify, analyze, and evaluate persuasion and the use of rhetoric within different media platforms. Projects and major assignments will develop skills to think critically and take part in responsible 21st century literacy.
