Pilot Teams,

The Curriculum Committee met last month and announced that we are ready for the final evaluation of our piloted resources.

Please note:

• This Google Form is for a FINAL submission only. Once submitted, you will not be able to edit your response.

• Please use any formative feedback provided on our website to inform your final evaluation.

• Your email address will be recorded to ensure each person submits only one evaluation.

Final Evaluation

Your final evaluation will be reviewed by the Curriculum Committee and used to inform the adoption of materials for the 2025-2026 academic year, along with additional data such as cost and student achievement data.

This form will remain open until December 12th. I will send a few reminders between now and then to ensure we capture everyone's input.

RUBRIC DEVELOPMENT

Rachel Ward and I met today to finalize the rubric.  We took the original draft, and your feedback, and made a final copy.  You can see both the original draft and the final copy on the two sheets.

MAKE A COPY

Now it's time for you to score.  Click here to make a copy of this spreadsheet.  This will allow you to take notes during the presentations, score each resource you review, and keep track of scores.  You will turn this in at the end.

DUE DATE - FINAL SUBMISSION ✅

By 6/7 take your scores and your spreadsheet and complete the Google form here.  It is organized directly like the rubric so you should be easily able to review and submit scores.

CALENDAR INVITE 

I sent you all the calendar invites for all the vendors.  Let me know if you didn't receive them.  I will send you one more calendar invite with the submission due date and the google form as a reminder.
