Summer Curriculum Writing and Vendor Professional Development

We're excited to begin the process of adopting new math resources and writing curriculum for the upcoming school year!

Upcoming Meetings and Professional Development:

You'll soon receive calendar invites for summer work sessions on math resources and curriculum writing. Participation in these sessions is optional, but aligns with our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). If you choose to participate, you'll be compensated at a rate of $33 per hour. A timesheet will be provided for your convenience.

*NOTE: All the above times may change as I'm still working on details with the vendor but I wanted you to have something to hold on your calendar if arrangements needed to be made for child care, camp drop off/pick up, etc.

Meet in the MS/HS R&D each morning to kick off the work!

Flexible Schedule:

We understand that summer schedules can be busy. Please attend as much or as many sessions as you can manage. We'll provide more details about each session closer to the date.

Curriculum Writing:

These sessions will focus on curriculum development in preparation for the training provided by the chosen math resource vendors. There will be two dedicated days for this purpose.
