After the Pilot
As our pilot winds down in the coming months it's time for us to get ready to evaluate using our rubric. You will need time to plan 'what's next' and transition to our MRH resource. Both Imagine Learning and Eureka will remain digital resources for you for the remainder of the academic year (June 2025). Please work with your building's instructional coach and principal to design times in your PLC or secure a sub if needed.
Q/A Doc
The team from Great Minds took your feedback and started putting together a Question/Answer document. Check it out here, add more questions.
Vendor Night (invite attached)
All are welcome, we will be having a Virtual Family Night for each vendor to share their overview of their program. Let me know if you'd like an invite to the webinar.
Walkthroughs
In the coming weeks I'm going to stop by your room and check in on how it's going. I'd love to hear from you. I'll be checking on implementation, see how the resources look in action and be there to hear your feedback. Stay tuned on a schedule.

Thanks all, see you soon!!
I wanted to share a quick update regarding access to the Eureka online resource.
Instead of using a username and password, you can access the website through ClassLink by selecting the Eureka link.
If you're having trouble logging in
Put in a ML Tech Ticket
Yes, both Eureka Math and Eureka Math Squared materials are available in Spanish! The same student and teacher print materials that are available in English are also available in Spanish. The Spanish version of these resources is also provided as pdfs on the digital platform and can be printed out for classroom use.
In the Eureka Math Squared digital platform, the Spanish resources are found in the "Resource" section within the Module Overview (then select "Resources) and at the end of each lesson (in the "Resource" section).
In the Eureka Math In Sync platform, the Spanish resources are found at the lesson level. Once opened to the lesson level, you will select the Learn/Practice/Succeed link for that lesson and then you can toggle to Spanish in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage. I have attached an image as an example of where to find this pdf for Grade 6, Module 1, Lesson 1.
I am happy to walk you through the Spanish resources over Zoom if needed!

I'm looking forward to working with your 6-9 teachers for their Eureka Squared training this Friday. Do you know if they will have hard copies of their spiral teacher edition (Teach) books for the session? If not, they can access electronic flipbooks here (also on the session landing page):
Jordan Meyer <Jordan.Meyer@greatminds.org>
This is the handout we used on Friday for the 6-9 session. On page 31, there is a checklist of tasks to practice navigating the digital platform. That would be a great follow-up activity for teachers to practice and prepare for next year.
Some other recommended follow-up tasks include:
Read “How To Support Math Students With The Universal Design For Learning Principles.”
Watch these videos to learn more about assessments on the digital platform.
Read the Assessment section of the Implementation Guide for your grade level(s).
Watch these two videos on navigating the digital platform.
Continue to explore the digital platform. As needed, click on the information button in the lower-right corner of the digital platform to access the suite of guides and articles available in the Resource Center and Help Center.
Explore the Teacher Dashboard Simulator (Note: You must be logged into the digital platform to operate the simulator.)
Continue to explore module 1 at your grade level(s).
In case teachers need it, the demo login for the platform is:
Digital.greatminds.org (Choose "Log in with email")
Email: pdem2demo@gm.org
Password: SummerPD1
We do offer an asynchronous professional development option similar to Illustrative. It is self-paced learning provided through a Canvas course. Here is the landing page for Eureka Math On-Demand Learning.
Eureka Math On-Demand Professional Development
Explore on-demand professional development (PD) sessions from the creators of Eureka Math. Sessions are available for teachers anytime, anywhere.
For both Eureka Math and Eureka Math Squared, the asynchronous courses follow the outline/topics of the PD sessions (i.e. Launch, which was the session completed for your district in July).
The Eureka Math asynchronous PD login for your 10-12 teachers will allow them to access all three course offerings (Launch, Focus on Fluency, and Module Studies).
The Eureka Math Squared asynchronous PD login for PK-Algebra 1 allows access to a specific course(s), and I think it would be great for those teachers to access both the Launch and Teach asynchronous PD courses.
These courses take approximately 3-4 hours to complete.
Eureka Pilot Team,
This below email is also posted on our pilot website.
1. Manipulatives
Thank you to those that completed the needed manipulatives list. Those have been ordered. I am hopeful they will be here by the first day but I do not have a shipping/tracking number yet. Once I do I will communicate that out to you. I do apologize about this delay.
2. Inventory
Building administrators have helped me ensure that you have the right resources at the building. Please give them a high five or kudos for locating counting and ensuring you have what you need to get started. If you find something you're missing, please let me know.
3. Makeup Training Workshop
8/15 is set with Heather Grace. She is virtually coming back and will be with us from 12 - 3 in two separate workshops. PK-8 will be from 12 - 1:30 and HS will be from 1:30 - 3. I will send those who missed the training over the summer a calendar invite with details resources and links.
Thanks all and we're excited to start the pilot!
