After the Pilot
As our pilot winds down in the coming months it's time for us to get ready to evaluate using our rubric. You will need time to plan 'what's next' and transition to our MRH resource. Both Imagine Learning and Eureka will remain digital resources for you for the remainder of the academic year (June 2025). Please work with your building's instructional coach and principal to design times in your PLC or secure a sub if needed.
Q/A
Reminder that our trainer JP is monitoring the Question document found here and providing a response or support. Many of the formative feedback items you listed inspired a response. Check them out here.
Vendor Night (invite attached)
All are welcome, we will be having a Virtual Family Night for each vendor to share their overview of their program. Let me know if you'd like an invite to the webinar.
Walkthroughs
In the coming weeks I'm going to stop by your room and check in on how it's going. I'd love to hear from you. I'll be checking on implementation, see how the resources look in action and be there to hear your feedback. Stay tuned on a schedule.
Don't forget there's J.P.
J.P our trainer is only an email or zoom away, if you have any questions, add them to the doc, but also don't be afraid to reach out. She's there for your success: "J.P. Stice" <jp.stice@imaginelearning.com>

All grades will start at unit 1 and proceed through until December then end of our pilot.
Dear MRH IM Pilot Team,
It was a pleasure meeting everyone and providing your Pilot Launch, Thursday 07/18/2024. I truly appreciated everyone's participation and engagement, the teachers asked so many thoughtful questions about the curriculum and implementation. We’re looking forward to hearing about the great start within their classrooms!
In our Pilot Launch we:
Examined the instructional design of Imagine IM and Problem Based Instruction
Learned how to navigate the Imagine Learning Classroom (ILC) platform at the curriculum, unit, section, and lesson-level
Planned for instruction by understanding the resources to support teachers and students and examining each part of the lesson
Next Steps:
Continue to use the Monitored Q&A document to capture any wonderings or support needed during your pilot as well some additional support resources\
Continue to practice navigating in ILC and dive into the resources and features for future planning and implementation of the Imagine IM curriculum.
Don’t forget to provide feedback (button at the bottom or on the side of lesson plans) for quick fixes or enhancements for teachers and/or students.
Remember to have your team utilize our Help Center and Classroom Guides. There are some fantastic resources there!
Solidify plans for 2nd Pilot Launch session on August 15, 2024
Please know that your Imagine Learning team is here to help. Let us know if there are any further questions you may have or support you need. Thank you for everything you do for your students and thanks again for partnering with Imagine Learning for your Imagine IM pilot!

1. Manipulatives
I have requested an update on the shipping date of the missing/purchased manipulatives. Those now have a shipping/tracking number and should be arriving 'soon.'
Maplewood-Richmond Heights Elem Schl 277112703365
Maplewood-Richmond Heights ECC 277170813497
Maplewood-Richmond Heights High School 276953004107
2. Missing Books
Illustrative Sales and Training had an intervention and for free they are shipping us the missing books/units to get us through winter break. For most of you that is modules 1 - 4. The missing items have yet to have a shipping/tracking number. My advice is to print/copy the items from the teacher site until the resources arrive onsite. Once I receive shipping information I will share it out.
3. Inventory
Building administrators have helped me ensure that you have the right resources at the building. Please give them a high five or kudos for locating counting and ensuring you have what you need to get started. If you find something you're missing, please let me know.
4. Makeup Training Workshop
8/15 is set with J.P. Stice. She is coming back and will be with us from 12 - 3 in the HS PDL. I will send those that missed the training over the summer a calendar invite with details and locations
Thanks all and we're excited to start the pilot!
