Come Join our Wheeler Team!
Dear Wheeler Parents and Guardians,
Looking for a new opportunity? We would love for you to consider a job with Wheeler! No one knows us better than you. You are our community, and we want our families to be a part of our schools. You get what we are all about better than anyone else.
We are also a good fit for moms and dads with busy lives looking for schedules and opportunities that fit around families. The work is meaningful - and it doesn’t happen on nights and weekends.
**We are open to flexibility in hours/schedule if needed**

Fall Parties & Parade
Our annual fall festivities will be on Friday, October 27th. Only room parents and assigned volunteers may attend the party. We will be conducting an all-school parade at 3:00, the parade will take place unless it is raining or snowing. All guests are welcome and are asked to stand on the grassy areas of the front drive, along Polk Street, or on any grassy areas in the back. See the route below.
Costume Guidelines
Costumes are optional
Costumes should be appropriate for the age of the child and for the school setting. Costumes that feature extreme gore, violence, weapons or are extremely scary will not be permitted.
We will provide students with time to get dressed prior to the parade. Please only send costumes or parts of costumes that students are able to put on themselves. Students will not be allowed to apply hair dye or coloring, or face/body paint. Children must be able to get in their costume independently or with limited teacher support. Please send your child’s costume to school in a bag labeled with their full name. Do not wear the costume to school.
We will be having the parade outside so make sure your child’s costume is appropriate for 30 minutes of the NE fall weather.
