From The Principal:

Material Return Day - May 15th

We will be collecting textbooks, library books and most devices on Friday, May 15th. This process will work similarly to how we did the material distribution. Classroom teachers will be communicating which items need to be returned. If you have not scheduled your drop off time please do so using this LINK.

5th Grade Send Off

5th grade families are invited to drive thru the Neihardt parking lot for a "5th Grade Send Off" on Thursday from 6:00 pm- 7:00 pm. Staff will be standing along the sidewalk to wave farewell as cars drive thru. In order to socially distance cars will not be allowed to stop. Students must remain in their cars, do not walk up to school.

School Supplies

Neihardt Elementary is excited to announce that we have partnered with EPI (Educational Products, Inc) for all of your school supply needs for next year. This is an easy and convenient way to access all of your student's supplies for the upcoming school year. All supplies are name brand and have been approved by Neihardt. This is a service we are providing to you and not a fundraiser. Purchasing supplies using this vendor is completely optional. Our sale begins on Friday, May 1 and runs through Sunday, June 14. All orders will be delivered to Neihardt and placed on your student's desk at Open House Night. Please see the flyer below with all of the information on how to place your order. If you prefer to do the shopping yourself, the suggested school supplies list is also listed below.

Construction at Neihardt

Beginning on May 25th, contractors will begin a large electrical project that will involve the installation of a generator on the north side of the building. The building will be without power for the majority of the summer. Therefore, the school office will be closed until late July. You may still call the school office and leave a message or email us using the email listed above. Sections of the parking lot will also be replaced. Please remind your children to stay away from the construction site. Our playground will also remain closed until the health directives are lifted.
