On September 23, 2021, The National Elementary Honor Society from Falcon Hill will host the induction ceremony for new members. NEHS recognizes elementary students for their outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated personal responsibility. NEHS provides meaningful service to the school and community and develops essential leadership skills in the students of elementary schools.
Congratulations to the newest members of the Falcon Hill Chapter of NEHS. Go Firebirds!

New, size 4-12 girls and boys underwear are needed in the health office as well as gently used shorts with elastic waistbands in sizes 4-12 for both boys & girls. No shirts or shoes are needed at this time.

Please remember to keep sick children home. If your child exhibits a fever (greater than 100.3), please remember that to return to school it must be below 100.3 for 24 hours without the use of a fever reducing medication before returning to school. This really helps keep everyone safe in your child's classroom.

We will continue to monitor students for COVID-19 symptoms. Students exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms while at school will be sent home and follow the Maricopa County isolation guidelines to determine when they may return. PLEASE keep your child home if they exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms. This will ensure your child is able to return to school as quickly as possible. If there is a Positive Case of Covid in the home, please notify the health office ASAP.

Mesa Public Schools will be offering healthy meals to all students at no cost every school day in School Year 2021-2022. Your child(ren) will receive one free breakfast and one free lunch meal every school day regardless of your household’s income.
Families are still encouraged to submit a school meal application for free or reduced-price meal benefits because this information may be used for other programs, such as Pandemic-Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT), Federal and State funding for your school, reduced registration fees for academic tests, free or discounted fees for athletic programs, discounted rates for internet service, and many more.
