From the Health Office- We are excited to have students back on campus. The Health Office is working hard to help keep our students safe while here. We will be encouraging lots of hand washing and they will be wearing their masks. This year, it is going to look and feel a little different. In the past, we have tried hard to keep children on campus and in school as much as possible, but this year we will be proceeding with much more caution. We are following Maricopa County Public Health Guidelines related to COVID-19. Students will be sent home for COVID-19 like symptoms and will be asked to isolate for 10 days or provide a negative PCR test. If you ever have any questions we are here ready to help, please reach out. 480-472-8579.
Falcon Hill is a Title I school. This means that our school receives additional funding to help support student achievement. Falcon Hill uses this funding in a variety of ways. Please view this short PowerPoint to find out information about what Title I is and how Falcon Hill is using our Title I funds.
This year, Falcon Hill is very close to no longer qualifying to receive Title I Funds. Our Title I status is based on the number of qualifying free and reduced lunch applications we receive. Please help us retain our funding by completing a Free and Reduced Lunch Application for your family. www.mpsaz.org/food

The last day for parents to purchase the Device Protection Plan will be Sunday, October 4th. As part of the district’s 1:1 technology initiative, parents have the option to enroll in the district’s Device Protection Plan (DPP). Enrollment in the plan will minimize the potential repair and/or replacement costs associated with the device.
By selecting this plan, you agree to pay an annual fee of $30 to be enrolled in the DPP. If a device becomes damaged, your student will take it to the school’s repair center and pay a $20 fee for repair. If the device is lost or stolen, a fee of $200 will be assessed. These fees apply to each occurrence. Enrollment in the DPP does not begin until the annual $30 payment has been received.
What’s covered under the plan
● Accidental damage, such as cracked screens or cases, broken keyboards, etc.
● Loss of power cord or stylus
● Replacement of lost or stolen device. If the device is stolen, a police report must be filed, with a copy of the report sent to the district.
Intentional damage to the device is not covered under the plan.
*No refunds/prorations after 14 days of purchase and provided the laptop has passed inspection upon return
The Device Protection Plan is purchased through district Webpay, please see "How to Pay for the DPP" for information on how to access Webpay.
