Goal for Respect: This year my goal for respect is to consistently display a positive attitude about school and working with others. To accomplish this goal, I will work on group work and I will try to complain less about certain school work or a group that I am in. Others will know that I am working on this goal because they will see me working harder on something even if I have a bad group. This will make it so I will become more flexible when it comes to group work.

Goal for Integrity: This year my goal for Integrity is to be honest and trustworthy. To accomplish this goal, I will work on being more honest and truthful with people, and once I do that, then people will trust me.

Others will know that I am working on this because I will work a lot harder on something before asking for help. This will make it so I can work harder and be more independent when doing work.

To accomplish this goal, I will work on using good feedback from people to improve my work. Others will know that I am doing this because I will accept feedback more and I will be using that feedback or idea to improve my work. This will help me because I will have better work from feedback, and I will be better at accepting criticism from others.
