Goal reflection: I think that I have met my goal this year because I have gotten a lot better at checking in with myself during class so I stay concentrated and focused. This has helped me by making it so, in class when someone is talking or presenting, I know what they are talking about and what is happening in class.

My definition of Respect is how you treat someone in everyday life.

My goal for respect is: to Consistently actively listen with eyes and ears while teachers are talking or classmates are presenting. To accomplish this goal, I will try not to be zoned out all the time. Others will know that I am actually doing it when they see me actively looking and listening to whoever is speaking or presenting .
The difference doing this will make is, I will know what is going on in class so I will not be confused and I will finish my work quicker and have less homework and more free time.

My definition of Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody is looking without expecting anything back.

My goal for Integrity is: to Encourage others to be honest and trustworthy. I will accomplish this goal by being honest and trustworthy so others will see me doing that and copy me. Others will know that I am actually doing it when they see me being honest and trustworthy. The difference it will make is people will trust me more and believe me when I tell them something.

Goal reflection: I think that I have improved in this goal this year because at the beginning of the year, I would be finished with something like a quiz after I answer the questions and just skip over the challenge extensions, but now when I do a quiz, for example in the geography quizzes after I finish, I will do as many bonus questions as I can to get a better grade.
Effort

My definition of effort is to work hard to complete something.
My goal for Effort is: to seek out and take on challenge extensions. I will accomplish this goal by taking on a challenge extension in a test. Others will know I am actually doing it when they see me Working harder for a longer period of time on the challenge extension. The difference it will make is I will get a better grade on the work.
Goal reflection: I think that I have not met my goal this year because even though I am good at staying focused when the teacher is talking, when we are working, I have trouble staying focused and tend to get lost in thought.

My definition of refinement is: to go over your completed work and look for mistakes and if you find any correct them.
My goal for Refinement is: to develop a set of strategies for remaining focused and on task during work time. I will accomplish this goal by creating a process to stay focused during class. Others will know I am actually doing it when they see me Staying focused during a class. The difference it will make is I will know how to do things in class and I won't be confused all the time.
