Exhibition Reflection
I studied the Southwest for our exhibition. I think that my exhibition went well, except for my opening speech where I accidentally forgot to say: "Please make sure in this time you view other groups after you see your kids." I was bummed that I didn't say that but it's OK. My favorite part of the exhibition was presenting all my hard work to my mom and dad. Some challenges I faced was during the build me and Wren's partner didn't put in the effort that we were. I think I accomplished my group goal, I feel like I helped my group members and I feel like I had energy during the build of our project.
Chimney Rock National Mounument Feild Study
On our field trip some of the things we did was stuff like learning about the artifacts left from the native puebloans. Some of the things we were showed at that station was old broken pieces of pottery with finger prints on them! We also learned about the astronomy of Chimney Rock. One thing we learned was every 18 and a half years the moon goes between Chimney Rock and Companion Rock. Lastly, my favorite thing we did was trowing the atlatl.Â
I used confidence in this trip by trying new things like the atlatl.
