in group work I've taken some ownership, but in all honesty I have not been the best at taking ownership in the things I have done, but I do try. And an example of me taking ownership during group work was during art. We were doing a project for our silk road project and I spilled some paint. But I took ownership and cleaned it up right away.
I think my helpfulness in group work has been, well, really helpful. This is because during every group project I’ve done, I’ve tried my best to work as hard as I can. An example of this is last semester during my radio group work project. During this project me and one of my group members took on the task to make an animation. And I tried to be as helpful as possible by finding animation websites we could use and I would always help out my teammate if they were confused or needed help.
lastly respect, sadly respect isn't my strongest when it comes to group work, I try my best to respect everyone in my group, but sometimes I come off as bossy or rude. Usually during group work I would have a vision on how something would look and I would try to make it exactly like that without giving my group members an actual explanation. And I would get mad at the tiniest things such as paint color, which I am not proud of. But with all being said, I try my best to respect my group members as much as I can.
