Unit 1
Unit 1
in unit 1 we learned all about scaled copies and we are currently working on a project to create a mini version of MMS. our long term learning goal for unit 1 was "I can draw, construct, and describe geometrical figures and describe the relationships between them."
Unit 2
Unit 2
In unit 2 we really just learned all about proportional relationships and how to find the proportionality. for unit 2 our long term learning goal was "I can identify and represent proportional relationships between quantities".
Unit 3
Unit 3
Unit 3 was my personal favorite, in unit 3 we learned all about circles like how to find the circumference and area with the diameter or radius. in this unit our long term learning target was "I can state the formulas for the area and circumference of a circle and use them to solve problems."
Unit 4
Unit 4
Unit 4 is the unit we as in 7th grade are working on. I personally think this is the easiest unit by far except for some times where i would confused its a pretty easy unit, the unit is all about percentages and proportions. for this unit our long term learning target is "I can analyze proportional relationships and use them to solve real-world and mathematical problems."
