What is the definition of Confidence
The definition of confidence is a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities.
What is something that you have confidence in doing
I have confidence in my biking, and I use that to push forward in hard moments.
How has your confidence developed during your sixth grade year?
When I went to Grands, I developed a lot of confidence at that time, it was my first finals of a huge race series that I had ever done.
When we did our exhibition, I had a hard time with my group members, because I felt like they weren't taking it seriously and it took confidence to finish the exhibition
What can challenges or failures teach us about confidence?
They can teach you what to do if you do something wrong, for example, if you do something wring in a strait of the track, you can look over what you did, and it can help you the next round or time you do the track
I chose as my significant adult because I look up to him at hope to be at his level in BMX when I am older. He's gotten third at sixth at two World Cups. He shows effort a lot by training hard for BMX and at his job, painting houses. He shows respect by taking time out of his day to help me train, and shows integrity by always doing things properly, and never lying. I really think this has a tight connection to our grade level lens, confidence. He is super polite and a really nice guy, and I am very glad that he is my coach.
My significant adult is my BMX coach, Brennan Buiso.
