The Columbian Exchange Cafe was our final exhibition, and was an interesting one. I felt that I learned a lot about the Columbain Exchange and everything happening in it. I learned about what the Atlantic slave trade was, and we learned all about the foods and animals traded in the Columbain Exchange.
