In this class we are learning about all different types of ways to make art such as shading, blending, painting and much much more. Throughout this semester in art I realized that if you want to make a really good piece you have to spend time and put lots of effort into it. Also if you accomplish this then you are able to come out with a really cool final result.
Impressionist painting
My favorite part of the artwork is the lake because I love the mix of color in it. The materials I used were paint brushes and acrylic paint. I hope when viewers look at it they will feel free.
Famous artwork re-imagined
The only material I used was oil pastel. I hope when the viewers see my artwork they will feel the rush of green colors and almost a beginning of summer vibe.
Collage
In the art piece I made my main material was paper, when I was glueing the paper on my strategy was to cut out different shapes every time so my artwork would be unique. My inspiration for my artwork was my love for the mountains.
I love climbing mountains and camping in the mountains. The elements of art I used were line, color and shape. Shape was used to create the whole base of the painting because after all it is a collage. I used color to create the cold sky and warm base. I hope the viewers look at it and then want to go to the mountains.
