My goal in science is to help the team solve problems and manage conflicts, and to gain more leadership skills.I hope to achieve this skill by trying to take more charge in group projects.
What we did in this project was we answered questions about the different kinds of rocks and with every question we got right, we got to fill in some of the picture (by the end the picture was of a shrimp). the virtual lab was kind of hard because we had not really worked on geology yet.
In this project we answered some questions about tectonic plates. I learned about the different kinds of plate tectonic boundaries and what a rift and seduction zone is. I used refinement in this project because I went over my work and made changes to what I had originally.
In our exhibition we got to explore the rock strata of the plateau region and learn about how the geological features interact. Our performance was good at the exhibition and we memorized our parts. I used respect in this project because I didn't disrupt other people's work time.

In this exhibition we were put into groups and assigned a space phenomena. my group got lunar phases. in art we created a model to represent the 8 lunar phases. the model we made in science was a physical representation of eclipses, equinoxes, and of course, lunar phases. the exhibition presentation went overall well. A challenge we overcame was our group members argued over the project sometimes. The habit of heart and mind I used in this project was refinement because we had to keep trying different project ideas until we found one that worked.

In this project we were partnered with our friends, so we were trusted to stay on task and focused. I feel like I did fairly well given that I was working with my friends. I actually could get more work done because I was spending less time arguing with group members. We also did well on our presentation, earning a meets, I think I could have kept better eye-contact while presenting. The Habit of Heart and Mind I could have used more was integrity.
