A few things about me

Skiing

skiing is one of my favorite winter hobbies! i stared skiing when i was 1 years old. my dad was my first skii intsructer but after moving to durango, i was put in snowburners and then DEV. I dont race or do compitions, but i still like going up and skiing with my friends or family!

art

I started getting into art when i was in forth grade , at the time i really like drawing but wasent really into coloring. i think i have come quite a long way from then and have epanded my horizen, exploring different art styles.

multilingual

I grew up in house with both spanish and english sopeken. my dad is from Teluride, Co and my mom is from Guanajuato, Mexico. my frist laguege was spanish because the firts word i spoke was in spanish. and ovisly i also new english at a young age. now i am learning french and am even planing on living in france as an exchange student for 1 year!

My Idenity my definition of identity is something that makes you unlike any other individual in the world. something that makes you unique. some of my strengths include art, writing and skiing. some of my challenges are I tend to over think things and stress a lot about unnecessary things. something that i used to consider a challenge was volleyball yet now i consider it a strength because i have become somewhat decent at it! Some of my interests include, Art/painting, writing, playing volleyball . I define my identity through my passions, my resilience, and my connection to the world. As a bilingual individual currently learning my third language, communication and cultural curiosity are core parts of who I am. I strive to become better at Art and writing as well as continue skiing and doing volleyball. seventh grade has helped shape my identity because this year through my semester abroad, i learned that new experiences and trying different things at a different perspective can help you find yourself and your interests!

To me, integrity means a person who is honest and has strong moral principles, consistently choosing to do the right thing even when it's difficult or no one is watching.

recognize the word effort to mean someone who works hard to achieve their goals and puts a genuine attempt into whatever they do. They are someone who is sincere, honest and heartfelt and has a strong will to complete or exceed assignments.

my definition of Refinement is someone who makes an effort to improve their work by making small or big changes. Someone who works hard to make sure they are their best selves and genuinely cares about their work and assignments they complete.

I believe respect means valuing other people, their feelings, and their perspectives even when they are different from your own. Respect is shown through the way someone treats others with kindness, patience, and consideration every day.

My goal for ownership:

At the beginning of the year, my goal for ownership was to be prepared and ready to work; be well informed on the project topic, and cite evidence to probe and reflect on ideas with my team. I achieved this goal by using some of my free time to work on things I don't feel confident in so I feel more prepared for presentations and exhibitions

My goal for helpfulness:
