mistakes are important in math class because they help you learn how to advance in to higher math and generally in life. without it we wouldn't advance in anything because if your too scared to try something and fail you'll never able to take another step forward and move on.

honestly i don't really like math based on all of the class i have taken so far. it makes me feel anxious and sometimes i don't really understand why i have to follow the certain steps.

What are some specific, actionable steps you can take to improve your math mindset this year?

i think i can probobly put more efort into my math and when i dont understant something take a note so i can come back to that topic latter at home and try to study it and understand it.
