Hello! I am Mrs. Clarke. I am married to my husband, Marty and we have a son, James and a daughter, Ruby. We enjoy skiing, hiking, playing games, and reading books together. I spend most of my free time with them, but some of my other favorite things are watching sports, skiing, cooking, baking, playing games and traveling!
I am from Delafield, WI and went to school at UW Madison. I also attended Cardinal Stritch University where I earned my Masters. My family and I moved to the area from Appleton, WI, but prior to that we lived in Breckenridge, CO.
This will be my 20th year teaching and my fifth year here at Turtle Lake Elementary. In previous years, I have taught 2nd grade, 1st grade, and 5th grade. I love teaching. Every day brings a new adventure. I believe that everyone in our classroom is a teacher, and we can all learn from each other. As a class, we will create a safe and caring environment where everyone can grow and succeed!
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns as the year goes on. It is so important to keep the lines of communications open. I look forward to getting to know you and your child and having a great year together!
