Science Lessons

Lesson One

In this science lesson, students were introduced to animals adaptations. Through a visual Google Slides presentation, a hands-on scientific-inquiry based activity, and a reflection log, students were able to deeper their understanding of adaptations, what they are and how they affect animals and their survival. 

Lesson Two

In this science lesson, students discovered the properties of water. Through an inquiry-based experiment, students discovered the differences between adhesion, cohesion and surface tension using water and pennies!
