What steps in the bread-making process did you find the easiest? Which were the most challenging? The easiest part was sprinkling the pretzels with salt, then putting it in the oven because you do not need much skill to do those steps. The hardest part would have to be making sure everything is measured and combined properly.
What techniques did you learn or improve upon during this lab? We improved on the measurements and assigned people jobs they are better at doing and are comfortable doing.
If you had to teach someone else how to make soft pretzels, what key steps or tips would you emphasize? I would tell them to keep the yeast alive and not to be too rough with the dough.
