1. Why did you choose this recipe? What inspired your choice? Everyone would eat and enjoy this dessert, and the fact that pies are fun to make.
2. How well do you think your final product turned out? What worked well? The process was simple, and everyone knew what they were doing well enough.
3. If you could redo this lab, what would you change about your process or final product? I would add more complexities to the lab with maybe a Graham cracker pie crust.
4. What specific skills or techniques did you use in this lab? baking, measuring things exactly
5. Did you encounter any challenges while preparing your dish? How did you overcome them? The only challenge is keeping things organized.
6. How would you describe the appearance, texture, aroma, and taste of your final dish? It all went together perfectly, along with the taste, texture, and looks, though I must say I cannot eat too much at a time.
7. What would you do to improve the presentation of your dish if you made it again? I think it would have looked better if we could have drizzled on some caramel or chocolate syrup.
