it involves eggs, egg yolks, flour, chocolate, ect. it is important that you also mix them sepperetly so you are able to thicken up the eggs. the lava cakes needs to be gooy on the inside hence the chocolate being thick. The challengest part about it would be the timing and getting it perfectly right. the final product was perfect. It was hot, with a gooy center and littlest amount of flour needed. the one thing i would do differently if i were to do this lab at home would to make it bigger. it was very good, and just wanted more. The one biggest take away, would have to be to keep things in order.
