Study Skills: Study skills are skills one can use to better organize/take in new information, retain information, and deal with tests or assessments. Some examples of study skills include: time management, problem solving, listening, prioritization, critical thinking, and challenging assumptions.
Self-Advocacy: Self-advocacy is an individual's ability to communicate their needs/desires. It is an understanding that one has the power to speak up, tell people what they need, and stand up for things that are not right.
