Process:  First I had to crop the photo down to exclude extra people in the background. I then went to an app called pixlr and went to filter on the toolbar found on the left hand side. When selected, I scrolled down and found the filter glitch. There are slide panels that pop up on the left hand side that you can move to adjust them. I adjusted the direction panel to the right to 218 and the same to distance but to 19. I picked the color to just orange and the size 0 with the amount to 50 on scale lines. The interference needs to have seed on 0, amount at 25, and vertical off. The slicers need to have seed set on 131, amount at 25, and reset on 1 with line on. The bleed needs to have seed set on 31, amount on 89, and block on 46. I then went to filter again and selected HDR with the amount on 150 and contrast on 100.

 The picture was taken with a Canon camera with the setting on sports. The photo was taken at a basketball game at Monroe County Middle School. I took the photo myself. The app I used was https://pixlr.com/ it was very helpful to use and fun to play around with and figure out how to use the app. It was super neat and full of different effects and filters to use.
