Lecturer, Counsellor (KB05067, PA04356), Clinical Supervisor

 Li Fern is a licensed counsellor with the Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM) since 2013. She is currently a lecturer at Monash University Malaysia where she also serves as the counselling internship coordinator. With over 5 years of supervisory experience, she has guided numerous training counsellors. 

Due to her background in employee assistance programmes (EAP), she has journeyed alongside clients through planned and unplanned life transitions. She helps clients find meaning and be congruent. While she mainly practices the Satir transformational systemic approach, she also uses action-oriented and solution-building methods to facilitate personal and career growth. In addition to her counselling work, she delivers talks and trainings in both education and corporate settings.
