Raymond has been actively promoting mental wellbeing in corporate settings, education settings, and community as a Counsellor and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) professional since 2011. He has had experience in providing counselling services to youth, adults, and the elderly, covering a wide range of issues such as career planning, suicide, self-esteem, stress management, depression, and existential crisis.

Raymond is Choice Theory/Reality Therapy Certified, trained in Critical Incident Stress Management by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, a Certified QPR Suicide Prevention Instructor, and a HRDCorp Accredited Trainer. He started to assume the role of supervisor in 2018 overseeing the development of counselling interns and young counsellors.
