Caring, dedicated, mature and responsible person.

Counselling experience: I offered Humanistic, Cognitive and creative counselling to children and young adults aged 13-24, who had faced academic stress, relationship issues, self-identity, loss or bereavement of someone close during my internship attachment in middle schools and college in Klang Valley.

Besides, I had offered private and pro-bono counselling and psychotherapy to adults struggling with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties etc. I am greatly stimulated by facilitating the learning of others as this is something I do, being practicum supervisor and trainer to adult participants who pursue in the Choice Theory Reality Therapy modality and during supervision with interns pursuing a master in counselling program at a private university.

My style of teaching is based on being curious, aiding reflection and self-evaluation and being experiential. My particular area of interest lies in mental health as it relates to physical and social wellbeing.
