Thriving Under Pressure
To provide a safe and supportive space for university students to explore and manage academic stress and anxiety. The group aims to promote emotional wellbeing by facilitating peer connection, teaching effective coping strategies, and equipping students with tools to thrive both academically and mentally.
Who is this for?
Participants are college / university students aged 18-25, facing mild to moderate levels of academic stress and anxiety, with mixed academic background, ethnicity, nationality and gender.
Schedule
